Nathan Ryalls (QLD, NT)
Nathan has been with StrataMax since 2006 and gained invaluable experience working in many of the internal departments. Nathan holds a Certificate IV in Business Management plus a Certificate IV in Body Corporate Management. He is knowledgeable, approachable and keen to help strata businesses grow and succeed.

Nikki Sargeant (QLD, SA, WA)
Nikki Sargeant has a strong background in Strata and Community Titles management - having been a Strata Manager herself for nine years, and a Director of Sargeant Strata. Nikki holds a Certificate IV in Business Management and Body Corporate Management. Nikki has worked at StrataMax since 2012 as a Client Success Manager and prides herself in problem solving to bring the best solutions for her clients.

Craig Jeffcoat (National Strata Business Consultant)
Craig Jeffcoat has been with StrataMax since 2012, initially working with the training team and now working with StrataMax clients to ensure they gain the most effectiveness and efficiency from using their StrataMax software. Previous roles include Resident Unit Manager, Owner Relations Manager and Strata Compliance Officer. Craig has been praised by clients as being an invaluable resource with his understanding of the day-to-day tasks of a strata office.

Monica Ashton (VIC)
Monica is a dynamic and experienced strata professional with a passion for Learning and Development. With 5 years in the industry, she has honed her analytical skills and attention to detail to deliver outstanding results. In addition, Monica’s career has taken her to China, Europe and Australia where she has gained invaluable experience and a broad perspective on different cultures and business practices.
Previously, Monica worked as a Learning and Development Coordinator at one of Australia’s largest strata management companies, where she designed a comprehensive training program with over 50 courses that boosted customer satisfaction to new heights. She also implemented cutting-edge webinars and e-learning software ELMO Talent to optimize training delivery.
Monica's extensive academic background, which includes both a Degree and a Masters in Business Administration, equips her with a deep understanding of business needs and an unparalleled ability to tailor solutions to meet those needs. Furthermore, her international work experience reflects her adaptability, resourcefulness, and willingness to embrace new challenges.

David Edgerton (NSW & ACT)
David Edgerton has over ten years’ experience in the strata industry and over 10 years prior to this in the banking sector. Being the State Manager for NSW and the ACT, David’s large client base provides him with an indepth understanding of the challenges faced by strata management businesses and is therefore well placed to assist and advise your business on process improvement, customer service and growth.
